Wire Rope Slings, Chain Slings, Synthetic Slings
J. Henry Holland is an acknowledged leader in the fabrication of wire rope slings,
chain slings and synthetic sling products. We also make ergonomic high
performance specialty slings, to meet your customized needs.
Wire Rope Slings
Wire rope slings were the first products sold by Mazzella Lifting Technologies
when the company began its business in 1954. Founder James Mazzella, not only
invented the Mazzella 7-Part Sling™, Jim’s father Antonio had previously
patented the three, four, five and nine part slings. The company today offers
one of the widest varieties of hand-braided/multi-part and conventional wire
rope sling products in the industry.

Alloy Chain Slings
J. Henry Holland fabricates both welded and mechanical chain slings. For welded
assemblies that require heat treating, We heat treat individual welds/
links of chain rather than performing batch heat treating. Because no chain
sling component is heat treated more than once, it allows our customers to
repair slings an infinite number of times. We proof test all new and
repair chain slings – both welded and mechanical.
